Why not visit the famous Blackpool illuminations in one of our VW California Ocean campers. Located just 50 minutes from our Wigan location, the lights in Blackpool have been a yearly feature since 1879 and generally run from the beginning of September until November but recently they have been extended until January to bring more tourism into the town.
Drive in your VW camper with its automatic gearbox which is ideal to saunter down the Golden Mile past the famous Blackpool Tower and Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
There are a few campsites located close to the town centre or if you want to drive further down the coast to Lytham St Annes where you can park in dedicated motorhome parking spaces some which have toilet and shower facilities.
